A Good Malaysian - Starbucks Gardens MidValley. =)
Last night I was with the Devil here - at Starbucks Gardens MidValley.
Yes, this branch. =)
Anyways, this is how the story goes... It was 30 minutes before Johnny English - and we decided to go for coffee at Starbucks. The Devil, ahaha... being a super blur Devil, went to buy latte at the counter, and fair enough, after paying for the drink and so on, this excited but blur devil was layaning her coffee so much... that she left her wallet there.... Of cos, she didnt realized it at all...
This morning, the Devil got a call from the bank telling her that she lost her wallet - to which, she confidently replied "WHERE GOT?" haha... anyways, all are well sorted now, and its all good - all thanks to one very nice Mr Frankie of the Starbucks Gardens MidValley branch. =) This Mr Nice Frankie was the one who called up the bank, and then kept the wallet in the branch safe - whereby the Devil then called him up, and picked up her wallet this morning.
So - on behalf of the Devil, this post is to thank Mr Frankie (sorry dunno your full name) for being honest and helpful, and for calling up and basically taking good care of the Devil's belongings.
Someone help me post up this blogpost to customer@starbucks.com.my pls LOL. =)
See... who said that there were no more good Malaysians?

Tenzing-Hillary Airport - World's Most Dangerous Airport.
Tenzing-Hillary Airport, also known as Lukla Airport, is a small airport in the town of Lukla, in Khumbu, Solukhumbu district, Sagarmatha zone, eastern Nepal. In January 2008, the airport was renamed in honor of Sir Edmund Hillary and Sherpa Tenzing Norgay, the first persons to reach the summit of Mount Everest and also to mark their efforts in the construction of this airport. The surrounding terrain, thin air, highly changeable weather and the airport's short, sloping runway make it one of the most challenging landings in the world. The History Channel program Most Extreme Airports ranked it as the "most extreme" airport in the world.

...and so it was today, yes I popped by for awhile, sorry no other pictures; the other pics were all blur, but anyways - today I was at the PropertyTalk & Lifestyle Gathering 2.0 haha... ya 2.0, just like Bersih... so, this is the sequel to the 1st PropertyTalk Lowyat@NET Gathering, but I am actually not active on the Lowyat@NET side, instead, more on the Facebook group.
We did our usual introduction round, sat around and listen to Khairul talk and talk and talk... and then he left for his Friday prayers, and then the focus came to me..... hehehe *pressure* =) Anyways, it is all good; shared some views and opinions, will try to be at the next session.

What is a Financial Bail-Out?
Dale, the Pub Owner.
It is a slow day in a small town... lets say, this is my friend Dale the Pub Owner's hometown. The rain is beating down harshly, and all the streets are deserted. Times are tough, everybody is in debt and everybody lives on credit.
...On this particular day a rich tourist, lets call him.... Earl -Earl is driving through the town, stops at the local hotel and lays a RM100 note on the desk, telling the hotel owner he wants to inspect the rooms upstairs in order to pick one to spend the night.
The owner gives him some room-keys and, as soon as the visitor has walked upstairs, the hotelier grabs the RM100 note and runs next door to pay his debt to the butcher. The butcher takes the RM100 note and rushes down the street to repay his debt to the pig farmer. The pig farmer takes the RM100 note and heads off to pay his bill at the supplier of animal feed and fuel.
The guy at the Farmers' Co-op takes the RM100 note and runs to pay his drinks bill at the friendly neighbourhood pub - yes, Dale's pub lorrr. Dale slips the money along to the local prostitute drinking at the bar - who, in spite of facing hard times, has always gladly offered him her ‘services’ on credit. The hooker then rushes over to the hotel and pays off her room bill to the hotel owner with the RM100 note.
The hotel proprietor quietly replaces the RM100 note back on the counter, so that the rich traveller Earl will not suspect anything.
At that moment the traveller comes down the stairs, states that none of the rooms are satisfactory, picks up the RM100 note, pockets it and leaves town.
...No one has produced anything. No one has earned anything. However, the whole town is now out of debt and looking to the future with a lot more optimism.
And that, dear ladies and gentlemen, is how a basic financial bailout package works !
